Vikings are calling for expressions of interest for players wishing to compete with the club in the New Zealand Water Polo Under 18 Division 1 Nationals in Junly, 2025. The tour is open to all players within the water polo community, not just Vikings members.

Please note, that completing this nomination does not guarantee participation in this competition. The club will only be touring with one team.

Proposed Tour Schedule:

Mondays and Wednesdays (6:15-7:30pm) from 28 April to 30 June: Pre-Tour training, tentatively booked for 6:15-7:30pm at Stuartholme School Pool

Sunday 29 June: Pre-Tour training day and departure meeting (parents & players)

Monday 30 June: Depart for Auckland

Tuesday 1 & Wednesday 2 July: Trainings and Games with local New Zealand Clubs. Tours and Activities (shown on previous slides)

Thursday 3 July: Travel day to Hawkes Bay. Stop off in Rotorua

Friday 4 July: Light training and activities in Hawkes Bay

Saturday 5 - Tuesday 8 July: Under 18 Division 1 Nationals

Wednesday 9 July: Depart for Brisbane from Napier Airport

Division:

Players Born 2007-2009 and currently competing at a BMJC Under 17/18 Division 1 Standard

Location: Tour in Auckland and competition in Napiter, Hawkes Bay

Cost: $3200-3600 including pre tournament training, competition entry, coaching costs, tour activities, transport, flights and all meals

Once Expressions of Interest have been finalised an information session for parents and players will be held.

A deposit will be required in due course to confirm interest in attending.
