Following the success of our Term 2 program, the Brisbane Vikings Junior Development Program is back for Term 3. The program will provide players Age 12-17 (Born 2011-2006) extended training opportunities in a safe and enjoyable environment with a key focus on player development. Returning players will be provided opportunities to further skills developed throughout Term 2.

Players of all levels are welcome; the program is for players wanting to take their water polo game to the next level!

Led by super coach, Simon Daley, the Junior Development Program is a well-rounded program offering Physiotherapy Screening and support, Strength and Conditioning Sessions, Water Polo Specific Skills Sessions, Nutrition Education Sessions, Guest Presenters and so much more!

Players will also receive complementary access to the Full Motion app (thanks to our partners at Redemption Training) which will provide athletes with ongoing gym programming, load management, nutrition, recovery and mobility. The app will also provide a range of podcasts for both parents and players.
